How many CPE credits can I earn for attending?

There is a maximum of 30.5 (29 NASBA credits); however, the number of CPE credits you receive is based on the number of sessions you attend. Please check individual sessions for more details. Make sure you get your badge scanned at each session so we can keep track of your CPE credits.

What is the recommended attire?

Business casual is the recommended attire. Be sure to pack comfortable shoes. Meeting rooms can be cold sometimes, so please be sure to pack a sweater. The average temperature in Indianapolis during the month of June is 80° F (26° C). The Tuesday evening networking event is casual.

International Attendees

Specialty Tracks

The Specialty Tracks are intended to serve as a guideline to help you customize your education experience at ACE2018. You can register for all of the sessions within one track or pick and choose sessions from multiple tracks depending on your job-specific needs.

When do I need to register for the sessions I want to attend?

It is important that you register for your preferred sessions prior to the Conference. Attendees will only be permitted access to the track sessions they pre-select during the registration process. After registration, attendees are provided login information for the Attendee Service Center where they can make changes to their schedule prior to arriving at ACE.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by IMA prior to May 1, 2018, in order to receive a full refund (less a 10% processing fee). Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be emailed to Denise Huckins at dhuckins@imanet.org or by mail to: IMA, Attn: Annual Conference, 10 Paragon Drive, Suite 1, Montvale, NJ 07645. IMA is not responsible for delayed mail or incorrectly addressed correspondence. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event.

IMA is only responsible for processing your Conference registration. If for any reason your plans change, please remember also to cancel your hotel accommodations directly through the JW Marriott Indianapolis.

IMA reserves the right to cancel the 2018 Annual Conference & Expo if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred.
