Registration Policies

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration fees are effective through March 31, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Normal registration fees are in effect April 1-May 31, 2017 after which on-site registration fees apply to all. Conference rates are dependent upon IMA membership (or nonmember) category.

*Nonmember rates include one year of IMA membership, beginning 24-48 hours after the day of your Conference registration.

**One-day registration is unique to that day and includes official Conference activities offered that day only.

Mailed registration forms must be received by registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply.

IMA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as personal checks (drawn from a U.S. bank in U.S. funds). No wire transfers or purchase orders will be accepted. Please allow seven business days for processing. You will receive an email receipt of your registration confirmation. Please view registration fees for specific cut-off dates.

  • Solutions Showcase Networking Receptions (Sunday, June 18 and Monday, June 19)
  • Conference Continental Breakfasts (Monday, June 19-Wednesday, June 21)
  • Conference Lunch (Monday, June 19) Note: Tuesday, June 21, Attendees supply own lunch
  • Meet and Greet Mid-Day Snacks (Sunday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 21)
